"I am excited to be at the forefront of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) as the Head of Operations, a role I recently took on after initially joining the organisation in 2022 as the Group Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager. With over a decade of experience specialising in Health, Safety, and Environmental management coupled with extensive operational leadership within the construction industry, I bring a deep commitment to driving excellence and innovation across the Federation's operations. 

I am proud to have recently created the first-of-its-kind "Managing Safely" course this year specifically tailored for the glass and glazing industry. Fully approved and endorsed by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), this groundbreaking course is designed to elevate safety standards across our sector. 

We've already delivered two highly successful courses, empowering businesses to become more knowledgeable and skilled in protecting themselves and their workforce and maintaining a culture of safety. Seeing the positive impact this course has made so far is incredibly rewarding, and I am excited to continue helping more businesses within the industry enhance their safety practices, reduce risks, and build a safer future for everyone involved."
