Danelle Vanstone is the Head of Communications at Certass, the UK’s largest Trade Association for glazing. With a strong background in member services, Danelle has been instrumental in building and maintaining meaningful connections between Certass and its members, ensuring access to key updates, support, and resources. 

During the pandemic, she co-founded Certass’s members-only forum on Facebook which quickly became the go-to platform for industry professionals to engage, seek advice, and stay informed. Danelle’s communication strategies helped Certass win the Government Endorsed Awards for: Best Member Engagement and Trade Association of the Year, recognising her efforts to maintain strong, interactive communication channels during challenging times. 

In her current role, Danelle ensures important industry updates are effectively communicated to members, driving Certass’s mission to support local installers.
