Chris has over 30 years of experience in working with certification bodies, having been involved with Competent Persons Schemes since their inception in 2002. He has been Director of Membership at FENSA for 4 years and has been instrumental in developing a strong customer services culture and the TV advertising campaign to promote the FENSA certificate to Homeowners. 

Prior to this Chris held roles in a range of organisations outside the glazing industry, most recently as Corporate Affairs Director at Certsure LLP. Prior to this, he also held positions at the Electrical Contractors’ Association and the Building Research Establishment, where he played a key part in developing and launching their third-party certification bodies.
