With over 30 years’ experience of improving operational procedures of businesses for both increased profit and excellent customer service, Brian has also carried out the updating of trading terms and conditions of several retail businesses to meet current Consumer Rights laws, for which he is a certified trainer. Brian serves on the Board as a Non Executive Director for RetrofitWorks Ltd, a well-established cooperative and TrustMark scheme provider, which carries out whole house energy efficiency retrofits for householders up and down the country.
